OUR LEADERSHIP

lead PASTORS

joshua & daniela reyes

Joshua was raised in Mercedes, TX and graduated high school in 2007. After a radical encounter with God in 2011 he then went on to study supernatural ministry in Houston, TX at Victory Christian Center. In 2013 he became a legally ordained Christian Minister and returned to the Rio Grande Valley where he served as a youth pastor for the next 3 years. In September of 2016, Joshua received a word from God to start SoulFire Revival Center in Mercedes.

Daniela was raised in Brownsville, TX and graduated high school in 2008. She attended classes at Flames of Fire ministry school in Penitas, TX before moving to Dallas, TX and enrolling at Christ For the Nations Institute where she studied for 2 years, participated in mission trips, and served a local church as assistant youth pastor. In Fall of 2016 Daniela received a word from God, returned to the Rio Grande Valley, and began assisting Joshua in ministry.
Together, Joshua and Daniela complement each other in gifts, talents, and heart for God and people. They have a ministry vision that goes beyond the local church and extends to the nations. As lead pastors they are devoted to ministering to all who visit SoulFire Revival Center, serving the community of the Rio Grande Valley, and networking with other local pastors who have a similar vision and mission and long to see revival in the region. Joshua and Daniela recited their marriage vows on October 21, 2017 and have been running full force with ministry as a couple since then.

In order to have a healthy church and a spirit-filled environment, great leadership must be set into place. Just as children are often a reflection of their parents, the attitude of the congregation and style of church culture are a reflection of their pastors, leaders, and volunteers. Leadership can either make or break the effectiveness of a ministry. Before volunteering or becoming a leader, be sure you are ready to commit to the responsibilities you are given and are willing to serve with all of your heart. Talk to one of our pastors or ministry leaders and find out where you can get plugged in! We are always looking for gifted and talented people who have a heart to serve. No part is too small in the church because we all have something to offer!  Let us know what you're passionate about and we will take it to prayer and work something out!

You can find more information about the standards, expectations, and process of volunteering on the SERVE AT SFRC webpage.
